Self Portraits

For our Self-Portrait project we were to take three self-portraits. They were all to be in black and white, and they were all to capture a mood of some sort. We were also challenged to be as artistic as possible, and stay as far away from normal, cliche portraits that we see on personal pages etc. as possible. One had to use the rule of thirds as the base for the composition; One had to incorporate leading lines, and one had to be taken from a more extreme angle.
The process of doing these photos is it took us about a week to take these pictures. It wasnt that hard to take these pictures but it was difficult to get different ideas. That was the hard part because you dont want to take other pictures like the other ones you took. The picture that i liked the most is my extreme anlge picture (middle). The reason why is because it makes me look like im sad or lonely. But overall my pictures didnt come out so good, like the leadings lines picture i think i could of done better.

Your portfolio looks good. Good job getting everything in. You may want to eliminate some of that white space at the bottom of your portrait post.

great use of leading lines. they leed the viewer straight to the emphasis

Your pictures look awsome! I agree with you about the best one being the extreme angle. Good job buddy, keep up the good work!
